Wafer-level thinning to 0.3 mm while maintaining full structural integrity for the slimmest device profiles.

Edge finishing

C-chamfer, radius, and flat edge profiles. Laser cutting for freeform shapes including camera cutouts.

Transmission >99% at 550 nm with BBAR coating. Haze <0.1%. n = 1.77 @ 589 nm.
